You might be coping on the outside, but inside you’re struggling with shame, self-doubt, or a persistent sense that you should be "doing better".

How I work

In our sessions, my focus is on creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you don’t have to perform or pretend to be okay.

My main approach is Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). Instead of trying to force change from the outside, we gently explore what is happening on an emotional level and how this is shaping your thoughts, behaviours, and relationships.

Over time, as you become more able to understand and tolerate your feelings, you may start to feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more confident in your choices.

I offer online therapy only and work with clients around the world.

Sessions take place via Zoom, in a private and supportive space, wherever you are.
